Weddings - Layered Pricing
A professional videotape of your wedding will include a great deal of time, preparation, training, equipment, programs, set-up, travel, blank media, postage, phone calls, etc.  A video service which only charges a few hundred dollars or so simply is not getting the job done at the level of professional service which is possible and which you will surely want from an experienced, reliable video company.

From our start, we set the video price based upon how many individual wedding events you decide to have videotaped and included in the final DVD.  This allows you to know in advance what the costs will be, and it also allows us here at EV to know how much will be needed in the way of equipment, lighting, microphones, post-wedding studio production time, etc.  

Regular Package - $999 - For the price of $999 (plus tax), our most popular package includes:  videotaping of the ceremony with two digital cameras, videotaping of the reception (including arrival, toasts, cake cutting, tossing of the bouquet and garter, audience interviews, departure, etc.), a slow-motion recap of events of the day, inclusion of stereo CD songs of your choice for the intros and conclusions of the video segments, and editing with titles and credits.  The finished video is supplied to you on two sets of artistic menu-based DVDs.  In addition, all raw video is sent to you (MiniDV format).  

Deluxe Package - $1499 - For the price of $1499 (plus tax), EV's full package includes all of the above plus: rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, "Our Love Story" interview with the couple recounting how you met and how your relationship has grown, pre-ceremony preparations of the bride and groom, inclusion of photos provided by you, and videotaping during the post-ceremony photo-shoot.

Basic Package - $499 - For those needing a very economical video of just the wedding ceremony itself, our basic package gets you all of our care and magic.  For the price of $499 (plus tax), we videotape the wedding ceremony itself.  You receive two DVDs along with all the original raw video on MiniDV tapes. This special price is available only in the Kerrville-Medina-San Antonio-Bandera area.

Additional DVDs of your wedding are available from EV at any time at a cost of $20 per DVD (plus tax).

Discounts - Occasionally, discounts are available for advance bookings.  Additonal information is given elsewhere on this website.

Videotaping of Other Events
Other events such as parties, presentations, reunions, plays, civic events, concerts, etc., often do not involve the level of preparation and editing as a wedding.  The cost of videotaping these events will usually be less.  Please contact us either by mail or email with specific details.
